Thank you for shopping with Galara. We aim to provide high‑quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when and how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged product

You received a wrong item

The product has a manufacturing defect
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Wrong size preference

Discounted or sale items (unless damaged)

Products used or washed after delivery
2. Return Request Window
You must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
Any request made after this period will not be eligible.
3. Conditions for Return Approval
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused and unwashed

All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact

You must provide clear photos of:

Damaged/defective area

Entire product

Outer packaging & shipping label

Galara reserves the right to approve or reject return requests based on provided evidence.
4. Replacement Policy
If approved, we will:

Arrange a replacement shipment, or

Offer store credit of equivalent value (if replacement is unavailable)
Replacements are shipped within 3–5 business days after approval.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are offered only if:

Replacement is not possible, or
-
Damage/defect is verified and approved by our team
Refund Method:

For prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method

For COD orders → refunded via UPI or bank transfer
Refund Timeline:

3–7 business days after approval
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Used or washed products

Items damaged due to customer mishandling

Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions

Customized or personalized products
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipping. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
For prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Galara is not responsible for:

Delivery failures due to incorrect address

Unreachable phone numbers

Customer not being available to receive delivery
Re-delivery charges may apply.
